Evaluation of Seattle Career Bridge

Funded by Seattle City Council, this project involved an evaluation of Career Bridge, a city initiative seeking to assist individuals with multiple barriers to employment in attaining the skills and opportunities needed to access career pathways. MEF produced reports that evaluated Career Bridge efforts to move participants into job training or stable employment. MEF produced a cost analysis to help the City plan for potential program expansion. As part of this study MEF presented findings to Seattle City Council and a group of currently incarcerated individuals in a Washington State prison who had developed a job training model that was a precursor to Career Bridge.
