The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation is working in partnership with the State of New Hampshire to support the evolution of state systems that serve young children and their families. The goal of this work is to build a governance structure that can effectively sustain itself, produce improved quality across all sectors, and promote equitable access. To this end, MEF is providing technical assistance to the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and the State of New Hampshire as they explore next steps. This includes facilitating meetings among key partners, investigating other state governance options and lessons learned, and surfacing potential solutions to address current challenges.
