Assets for Independence (AFI) Follow-Up Evaluation

As a continuation of the AFI Program Evaluation, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) funded a study of longer-term impacts of program participants. This study included three- and five-year follow-up surveys of the evaluation sample, collection of additional program data, and a number of special topic studies. MEF’s work involved analysis of program data and conducting a special topic study focused on matched savings programs operated by community colleges.
