MEF Associates provided technical assistance to the Louisiana Department of Children and Families to help them better understand the factors contributing to their performance on the TANF work participation rate and to provide recommendations for improving their rate based on that analysis. We also provided them with technical assistance to identify ways in which they could use flexibilities in TANF to improve work outcomes for the families they serve.
