Family Self-Sufficiency Learning, Engagement, and Research Knowledge Sharing Support (LEARN) (2024-Current)

MEF and prime contractor Mathematica are supporting the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation within the Administration for Children and Families to plan, communicate, and facilitate use of its welfare and family self-sufficiency research. MEF is supporting ongoing development and refinement of the Welfare and Family Self-Sufficiency Learning Agenda; leading a literature review on use of research evidence; developing a theory of change and a plan for facilitating OPRE research use; and supporting engagements to advance evidence-building efforts.
