Career Pathways Extended Follow-Up Study (2021-Current)

A continuation of prior Career Pathways studies, this project extended follow up analysis of the Pathways for Advancing Careers and Education (PACE) and Health Profession Opportunity Grants (HPOG 1.0) programs’ impact. This is the culmination of over ten years of research on the efficacy of education and training programs that follow the career pathways framework. With Abt Global as the prime contractor, MEF Associates led the development of the PACE and HPOG 1.0 Nine-Year Impact Report along with contributing to the impact analysis and multiple special topics explorations. The report presents the nine-year income and education impacts across 10 evaluations: the nine PACE studies and HPOG 1.0.
