Financial Stability for Families with Young Children

This project, funded by the Office of Community Services in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, was an effort to bring together the Head Start, Child Care, and Assets for Independence communities to expand access to financial education and individual development accounts across the populations served by those programs. The project fostered cross-program collaboration and information sharing. RTI was the prime contractor. MEF Associates was a subcontractor to RTI, with Mike Fishman serving as Associate Project Director.
